On average, it will take us two weeks to find you an ideal tenant, however, thanks to our client base, many properties are matched with a tenant before the date they’re available.

Our commission rates are highly competitive and we won‘t charge you for drafting agreements or making inventories. 95% of our tenants are professionals and all are thouroughly credit checked through an approved referencing company.  We handle all the utility companies and manage all the tenancy information with our state of the art, in-house management system.

We are happy to say that our landlords come back to us time and time again and every one of them is special to us, whether they have a single flat or a portfolio of 150 properties.

We’re in the office long after office hours end and we work Saturdays too, so we’re always here when you need us.

We’ll email you with available properties that tick your boxes, each one with  photos so you can really see what you’re getting.

You can view any time that you want and you’ll always have one of us with you to show you around.

Once you’ve decided on your ideal place, we’ll sort everything out, with low admin fee and no surprise "extra charges".

We currently let over 200 properties;  1 bed flats 2 bed flats, 3 bed flats and more, all the way up to 4, 5 and 6 bedroom houses, so we’re bound to have something just right for you.
